Breathing techniques – In our fast pace society, most of us have become accustomed to shallow breathing, only involving the top part of our lungs. This is inefficient at maximising oxygen input and carbon dioxide output. It can also result in us feeling short of breath and anxious. Deep breathing involves fully filling your lungs all the way down to the abdomen. This encourages full oxygen exchanges which results in lowered heart rate, reduced blood pressure and increased relaxation.

Dionne teaches a range of different breathing techniques with her clients to encourage relaxation that can be practices at home to reduce negative emotions and promote healing.
